The mission of the Clayton and Virginia Williams Foundation is to proactively nurture vibrant safe communities through collaboration with others in the development and support of initiatives and projects that advance justice and empower communities through education and informed civic involvement.

The Foundation's advocacy is an organized effort to influence policies and practices to create a just society. This approach to advocacy helps people learn how they are affected by the actions and inactions of institutions and their officials. Societal changes occur when people understand the implications for themselves.
